Baked apples

In this cold winter season, 
good fresh produce is hard to come by.
We mostly rely upon 
canned fruit and frozen veggies. 
But my recent favorite is this
A big heaping pan of it
Dash of cinnamon, sprinkle of brown sugar,
pinch of nutmeg
We make it at least one pan a week
We add it to oatmeal
and yogurt
or just a big warm bowl of it with a dab of whipped cream.  
mmmmmmmmmmm.  Try it!
